The Willie Young Memorial Scholarship
In honor of Willie Young and all that he has done, the NYCRF has created a scholarship in his name. Assisting others in the conservation and preservation of our marine resources and promoting “good stewardship” is its main goal. One award is given out on an annual basis, all decisions of the scholarship committee are final.
